Our reception is open 24/7. However, there is no physical staff present between 6:30 AM and 9 AM. If you are checking out during this time, please use the key drop box at the reception.

Yes, you can store your luggage with us for free if you are away for a few hours. If you arrive early and need to wait for check-in, you can also leave your luggage with us and explore the city.

Parking is available at the front of the hotel. You can reserve a spot before your stay or book it upon arrival. Our staff will provide you with a parking permit to display on your dashboard after you pay the $15 per night fee.

The Strand Railway Station is a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from our hotel. Britomart Rail Station is also within a 15-minute walk.

How do I get my deposit back?

Accepted Answer

When you check in to the hotel, we usually hold $50 on your credit card. After you check out, we inspect your room and release the hold on the money. The transaction will then disappear from your account, and the funds will be available for you to use. This process typically takes up to 3 working days.
Please note that it won't show up as a $50 refund in your account. Instead, the transaction will simply no longer appear. You can verify this by checking the transaction history in your banking app from the check-in date.
